This practice is designed for individuals who function at a high level while carrying ongoing stress, anxiety, or nervous system overload. Sessions are unhurried, one-on-one, and grounded in trauma-informed care.

  • Trauma-informed, consent-based approach

  • No rushed appointments or shared spaces

  • Calm, clinical environment

  • Client-directed pacing, pressure, and communication

Every session is structured to support nervous system regulation rather than push the body beyond its capacity.

Here, that means:

  • You are always in control of your session

  • Consent is ongoing and respected throughout

  • There is no expectation to “push through” discomfort

  • Silence is welcome; conversation is optional

The goal is to provide a safe, predictable experience that allows the nervous system to settle naturally.

Testimonials

“Dustin is a neck expert. I came in with a recurring neck issue. The last time it happened it took about 3 weeks to feel somewhat normal again. After his massage, my neck felt back to 70% immediately, 85% the following day, and back to 100% within 3 days. Highly highly recommend.”

— Matthew M.

“I’ve had migraines for years. I’d seen many doctors/neurologists, tried many medications, as well as acupuncture, chiropractors, you name it. I decided to give Dustin a try after hearing about his CranioSacral Massage. I’m in amazement of how much it’s helped my migraines. I went from an average of 20 migraines a month and now I have less than half that. If you are a migraine sufferer, or have had head or neck trauma, go see Dustin. I went in my first time not expecting much to change for me. I was so wrong and I’m forever grateful to have something that actually worked.

— Leslie Edwards

“Dustin knows his stuff. Took the time to hear what I’m dealing with, Immediately isolated the root of my pain, and went to work. Professional, knowledgable, and really focused on exactly what I needed. In 5 years he’s the first one in Ogden that I’ve wanted to go back to. Highly recommend.”

— Casey Francis

“Many years ago I had a horseback accident. As a result, I have debilitating physical limitations that keep me from activities that require me to be on my feet longer than an hour. Although my issues are chronic (I will always have them), Dustin has been able to reduce some of my swelling and eliminate the pain I have in my ankle for as long as three weeks. To have NO pain for that long has me hooked! Dustin does an amazing job and I will keep coming back for more treatments.”

— Cheryl Wolfe

“Someone that you can trust! I did a few massages while pregnant and it helped me so much with pain, anxiety and relaxation. Helped me sleep so much better during the night and have a better mood during the day! It feels like Dustin works in many levels of the being, not only physical but energetically also! I highly recommend him and I would do it again always and forever! Thanks for your work!”
